Osler nurses are an experienced, caring and highly motivated group of professionals. Their knowledge and skill make a difference, as they work with patients 24 hours a day to support, comfort and provide expert care to individuals and family members. Osler nurses can be found in the operating room, at the bedside, in outpatient clinics and in advisory roles promoting wellness and healthy families.

In-house career planning and development sessions provide nurses with the opportunity to examine their career goals and explore the many career options within our organization. To support our nurses' career development, we offer an on-site Diploma to the BScN program as well as many other certification courses.
Osler's innovative Simulation Lab allows nurses to learn in a simulated environment to enhance critical thinking, knowledge and confidence.
We support the future of Osler nurses by offering new job options and comprehensive orientation and educational programs. As well, we provide novice and experienced mid and late-career nurses with innovative project and leadership opportunities.
