The Patient Ombudsman
William Osler Health Centre utilizes customer/patient feedback to improve processes to enhance the quality of care.

If you have a concern about your hospital stay or treatment, please feel free to discuss it with the Patient Care Manager of your unit.  However, if you would prefer to discuss issues with someone not directly involved in your care, you may prefer to visit the office of the Patient Ombudsman, located near the main lobby area of the hospital.

The Patient Ombudsman s available to all patients, families and community members who have questions, compliments, or concerns  and facilitates the handling and resolution of the concerns with physicians, management and staff of the unit.

The Patient Ombudsman can be reached by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Etobicoke 416 - 494-2120, ext. 32474 or Brampton Civic Hospital 905-494-6565.
