The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology is seeking a second specialist in maternal fetal medicine (MFM).
We are looking for a MFM fellow to expand our high-risk pregnancy services. The candidate will work with another MFM specialist and nurse practitioner to support the growing need for high-risk obstetrical services. The MFM team will lead the design and development of a strong MFM program in connection with our medical university partners. The MFM program will provide MFM consultative services at Brampton Civic Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital. The position requires excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered an asset as we serve a highly diverse population. Remuneration is fee-for-service as set by the OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees.
As an affiliated academic community teaching site for the McMaster University Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine: Family Medicine program and a key clinical partner for the new School of Medicine with Toronto Metropolitan University, there is ample opportunity to participate in clinical education with medical students and residents.
