When you sign up for text messages from William Osler Health System (Osler), you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Osler, including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcodes, appointment reminders, billing notifications and care management.
Text messages from Osler will be sent from 67537.
You can opt-out of receiving these short message service (SMS) messages at any time by texting 'stop' to 67537. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you wish to re-enroll, please sign up again through your MyChart account or text 'start' to 67537 for instructions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Osler does not guarantee the accuracy or timely delivery of SMS messages. The SMS program is intended as a supplementary communication channel only and any reliance on the SMS messages is at your own risk. You will not be able to send text messages to Osler via text message with the exception of texting 'stop' to unsubscribe, 'help' for help, 'start' to register for SMS messages and limited set of reply prompts.
