We are grateful for the expertise of community representatives on our Board committees. Community representatives are appointed for a two-year term and play an active role in making recommendations to our Board of Directors.
We are currently recruiting new community representatives for the following Board committees:
Health Services and Quality Committee
This committee reports to Osler's Board of Directors. It ensures that appropriate systems and structures are in place to monitor and manage quality, patient safety, risk and health services.

Resources and Audit Committee
This committee ensures that Osler effectively uses its financial, physical and information resources. It makes recommendations to the Board of Directors and monitors the audit process, internal controls and engagement of external auditors.
