Learn about Osler’s transformational journey and enhanced care options this fall and holiday season
William Osler Health System (Osler) invites community members to join its next Telephone Town Hall on Thursday, December 5, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. This interactive event will provide an exclusive opportunity to hear directly from Osler’s senior leadership as they share the latest updates, including progress on the Peel Memorial Hospital redevelopment, the launch of Osler’s new five-year Strategic Plan, and the exciting launch of the Osler Research Institute for Health Innovation.
Residents will have a chance to ask questions, share feedback, and engage in meaningful discussions that are important to them. Participants can submit questions through Osler’s website ahead of the event or ask them live during the session.
The Telephone Town Hall will be hosted by Dr. Frank Martino, Osler’s President and CEO, and moderated by Gurjit Kaur Bains, a dedicated member of Osler’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). They will be joined by key leaders including Manny Satija, Osler Board Director; Kiki Ferrari, Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer; Tony Raso, Vice President, Clinical Services; Deepak Sharma, Vice President of Strategy and Operational Performance; Cathy Renaud, Vice President of Facilities Operations and Capital Development; Tiziana Rivera, Executive Vice President of Quality, Research and Chief Nursing Executive; Mary Jane McNally, Chief Patient Experience Officer; and Ken Mayhew, President and CEO of William Osler Health System Foundation.

How to participate: On Thursday, December 5, starting at 6:50 p.m., Osler will call residents via landline to connect them directly to the Telephone Town Hall. Residents can also pre-register and submit questions online or leave a voicemail with their name and phone number at (416) or (905) 494-2120 ext. 50200 before 12:00 p.m. on December 5, 2024. The event’s audio will be recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
