Osler welcomes three new members to its Board of Directors

William Osler Health System (Osler) is pleased to welcome three new Board members who bring extensive leadership experience and expertise to the organization and the broader health care system. The announcement was made during Osler’s Annual Meeting held on June 19, 2025.

Joining Osler’s Board of Directors are:

• Kirsty Duncan, PhD
• Michael Luchenski – Partner, Lawrence, Lawrence, Stevenson, LLP
• Harpal Randhawa – Senior Vice-President Finance, Loblaw Companies

“On behalf of the entire Board, I’m pleased to extend a warm welcome to our three new Directors. With their diverse experience and insights, they will truly make a meaningful impact to health care in our community,” said Pardeep Singh Gill, Chair of William Osler Health System’s Board of Directors. “Osler’s volunteer Board of Directors is instrumental in advancing our bold Vision of World-class health care inspired by our people and communities, which is only made possible through the incredible work and commitment of Osler’s dedicated staff, physicians, volunteers, and learners who truly go beyond to provide quality, compassionate care for our community.”

Osler also offers sincere gratitude to outgoing Board members Linda Franklin, Past Chair of the Board of Directors, and Susan Britton Payne – who have both served on Osler’s Board of Directors since 2017.

“Thank you to our outgoing board members Linda Franklin and Susan Britton Payne for their leadership, and for generously sharing their expertise, insight, and time to enhance health care in our community,” added Pardeep Singh Gill. “Their contributions to Osler’s Board of Directors have shaped many of the hospital’s achievements over the years, and they will leave a lasting legacy.”
