Reactivation Care Centre

From Brampton Civic Hospital:

• Take 410 to Hwy 401 eastbound
• Exit onto the 400 south
• Exit on Jane Street and head south
• Turn right on Church Street

The Reactivation Care Centre will be on the right at 200 Church Street.

From Etobicoke General Hospital:

• Head west on Humber College Boulevard
• Turn right to head south on Highway 27
• Take Hwy 401 eastbound
• Exit onto the 400 south
• Exit on Jane Street and head south
• Turn right on Church Street

The Reactivation Care Centre will be on the right at 200 Church Street.

• The closest subway station is Lawrence West
• The 59 Maple Leaf and 35 Jane buses are a short walk from the Centre
