Grow with Osler

Being part of the Osler team means the opportunity to keep growing as a professional. We are a connected network of three hospitals — Etobicoke General, Brampton Civic, and Peel Memorial — each committed to collaboration and innovation. Here are some of the ways we make it happen:

Diversity and inclusion

Osler is honoured to be the first hospital in Canada to be awarded Canada's Best Diversity Employer. This achievement is a direct reflection of the diverse teams we continue to build. Learn more about equity and inclusion at Osler.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to providing reasonable accommodations, if required, and will work with you to meet your needs. If you are a person with a disability and require assistance during the application process, please contact us via email at hr.recruitment@williamoslerhs.ca.

Care quality and safety

After a three-year journey, Osler is thrilled to announce our successful achievement of the Registered Nurses of Ontario Best Practice Spotlight Organization designation. This milestone was made possible thanks to hundreds of Osler team members working together to implement evidence-based best practice guidelines, ensuring safe, high-quality, people-centred care for our patients.

Nursing Graduate Guarantee (NGG) program

Osler actively participates in the Ontario Ministry of Health's NGG program. This program is designed to support newly graduated nurses by providing them with a full-time job opportunity (bridging position).

If you're a recent nursing graduate, we want to hear from you! We offer many benefits for new nurses, including a preceptor program, innovative skill-building, educational opportunities, and a community built on caring for others.

Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN)

Osler is a proud participant in Ontario Health’s CCPN. The CCPN provides $25,000 in incentives to nurses in the program in exchange for a two-year commitment to work at Osler in a full time nursing role.

The CCPN grant is available to registered nurses with a Certificate of Registration in good standing from the College of Nurses of Ontario who have not been employed as a nurse in Ontario within the last six months. For more information on the CCPN, please visit HealthForceOntario or contact human.resources@williamoslerhs.ca.
