The Board of Directors has oversight of the management of Osler’s operations. Among its responsibilities, the Board provides input into and has accountability for the following:

• strategic planning;
• mission, vision and values;
• quality and performance;
• financial stewardship;
• selection of, supervision of, and succession planning for the President and CEO and the Chief of Staff;
• risk identification;
• stakeholder relations, communication and accountability;
• governance; and
• legal compliance.
